Event Style: Multi Discipline Sports Event – Rowing/Canoeing/Dragon Boat Racing + Family Carnival

Our Role: To coordinate a family fun day and rowing regatta for top West Australian Athletes and Interstate commentators. To showcase the venue to the Western Australian sporting fraternity and to the community of Armadale. To involve the schools who row competitively. This involved bringing together stakeholders in all disciplines of each sport and the community groups and schools during the lead up to the event. On the day food outlets, community store keepers and sporting groups had stalls as well as entertainment which included interactive games for the crowd gathered on the day. Also Happenings organised a corporate Lunch for 200 dignitaries between 11.00am – 3.00pm.
