To coordinate, plan and facilitate the set-up of Polo in the Valley. This includes organisation of 3 polo matches, on field entertainment, all event infrastructure together with sound, electrical, staging, marquee structures, fencing, security theming, layout and beautiful catering packages as well as ticketing requirements.  Happenings coordinates all corporate, VIP and syndicated marquees, sought event sponsorship and maintenance of sponsor relations. We engage and manage a very effective PR consultant, also coordinating all advertising and marketing opportunities and materials.  The two pre-event launches were facilitated by Happenings Events  – The launch event at Tiffany & Co. in the CBD and the “Meet the Player Night” at Adam Heath Boutique in Claremont. Polo in the Valley is a full day event, offering guests opportunities to network or simply to enjoy the ‘Sport of Kings’ in a stylish, relaxed atmosphere.
