Our Role: To coordinate the and facilitate the set up of the whole Polo field for 2 matches plus on field entertainment. Corporate and VIP Sponsor Marquees, fencing and all infrastructure to host the inaugural event of the series Polo in the City which is touring national in all Capital Cities in Australia. This event was solely coordinated by telephone and internet from the Company based in Sydney with Happenings on the ground in Perth. All PR & Advertising to promote the event was managed by Happenings on behalf of the client.
