Our Role: The Tenant Cocktail party is an event that Happenings has been contracted to coordinate on behalf of the Exchange Plaza Management office for the past 8 years. The event, which all building tenants are invited to, is held in the foyer of the building and takes on a different theme each year with past themes as Casino Royale, Rio Carnivale, A Night at the Cotton Club, Circus & Pirates of The Caribbean. The function caters for over 250 guests each year and it has become an event which is not to be missed! Happenings coordinated all theming, entertainment, catering and invitations for the event. This event has found itself a place on the social calendar and is annually covered by local WA and Industry Media.
