Our Role: Happenings Events Management was contracted by the Canadian Office of Ivernia’s Magellan Metals to manage the official opening of their new mine site in Wiluna. Over 150 dignitaries were invited to the event, including The Minister for Minerals and Energy and other ley governmental figures and local Wiluna community members. Happenings handled the coordination of suitable infrastructure, catering, transportation of guests to and from the mine site in Wiluna, safety induction and site tours, management of invitations and RSVPs, as well as overseeing significant public relations campaign designed to support the media stakeholder launch of Magellan Mine
